Gyrokinesis Essentials: Decompressing the Cervical Spine.

In this therapeutic Gyrokinesis class we will be stimulating Cervical Spine. We will decrease tension in cervical creating overall uprightness in spine. We will stimulate vagus nerve. If vagus nerve is healthy and tone, then pain and inflammation are reduced. The way to increase vagus nerve is through meditation and nose breathing ( which is the state we gradually get to when doing Gyrokinesis exercise.)
