Our Pilates Mat and Barre Workout class is a full body workout emphasizing proper body alignment and technique. It combines mat exercises and dynamics, with safe and effective Barre workout based on Pilates principles. All exercises during the Mat class will keep proper form and training at the forefront of the workout. Emphasis on Core support and the knowledge of how to integrate this into an active and healthy lifestyles is the goal of this class. Also, flexibility, toning and movement with mindful awareness adds to this healthy, safe and comprehensive workout. This class can help you achieve your New Year’s Resolution.
