Sensing the fascia trains in movement with the Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics®️
The “fasica trains” are continuous lines of connective tissues encasing groups of muscles across the body. When functioning optimally, these lines glide with every movement and distribute forces evenly throughout the body.
Instead of seeing the body as an isolated parts, we begin to experience the body as an integrated whole.
In this workshop, we will learn about and sense one of our major body long fascia trains, The Superficial Front Line. As we notice this train while doing various movements in different positions, leverage can become more optimal and our movement graceful over time, the this type of attention, fascia that is “stuck” can begin to slide again.
