The Fight or Flight state causes many changes in how the body moves. These changes are helpful when there is a real threat. If the body is Fight or Flight during many movements and exercises, this can lead to wear, tear and injury, illness and stressed mind.
In this workshop we will practice the Centerline principle of motion. This is the way the body naturally moves in PARASYMPATHETIC (homeostasis) . In this state, joints are more open, forces are balanced through the entire kinetic chain and power is generated without uneven strain on the joints.
Centerline awareness can improve efficiency and power in any movements, from standing and sitting to complex athletics . This workshop is complete workout from gentle to more complex moves.
