This class is a dynamic flow in which our focus is to get in touch with our legs. As we root into the Earth we strengthen our foundation so we can move our upper body with ease. Intermediate/ Advance level.

In this intense class we focus on a shoulders using simple movements designed specifically to release the tension and strengthen deep and global shoulder muscles. Props: thera bend, foam roller, 2 yoga blocks. All levels.

In this fluid class we work on spirals as a form of transformation. A soft and dynamic practice with digestive system in mind. Intermediate/ Advance level.

In this class we explore the concept of the "fives line of energy". An intense class in which without specific abdominal exercises you will strengthen you center, by becoming aware of center lines of your body.

Unblock your body.

This is challenging class with different props. Intermediate level, however the warm up part of this class can be used by all levels. Props: 2 yoga blocks, foam roller, pole and elastics( optional).

Deep abdominals.

In this class we use the triad ball to encourage our deep abdominals to engage. A simple and progressive supine class that will challenge you as you go. Perfect for those recovering from low back injuries or for anybody wanting to deepen the muscular core connection.

Safe and Supported

In this class we work with exercise ball. Creative sequences, finding your own rhythm and game while using the ball as a support to challenge your balance, as a tool for bouncing, and as a sphere to support yourself and release any unwanted tension.

Strengthen The Basics

This is an intense class where we focus on improving muscle strength and bone density with the use of small ankle and/or wrist weights (or dumbbells). An easy to follow class with simple movements and enough repetitions to feel the intensity of the work, create internal heat, and with a feeling of accomplishment. Props: 2 ankle/or wrist weights of 1-2 lbl. All levels.( adjusting the weight according to your needs).

Calm Your Soul

This class is a gift for the soul. Restorative sequences will help you calm your mind, reconnect with your breath and gently mobilize your body. Exercises mostly performed on the floor makes this class perfect gift after hard workout , to prepare yourself for bad or for the moment of relaxation in the middle of a stressed day. All levels.
