Gyrokinesis with 2 chairs and jumping

Starting easy with breathing warm up. Continue with splits preparation using 2 chairs. Finishing with fun jumps almost like in ballet class. Warm up is or all levels. Second and finishing part for intermediate and advance level!

Gyrokinesis level 2 , 3 class

In this class we are slowly approaching to Gyrokinesis level 2. This class is available for all levels. NO more sitting on a chair, just a floor. Please, use blanket or yoga mats to keep your hips comfortable. Preparations with cervical spine is a good start to stimulate the rest of the back. I have 2 awesome helpers , Presley and Spice.
