In this class we continue working with Gyrokinesis level 2 exercises, adding new movements and new experience. Each class in Gyrokinesis level 2 is slightly different. Intermediate and Advance level.

In this class we are slowly approaching to Gyrokinesis level 2. This class is available for all levels. NO more sitting on a chair, just a floor. Please, use blanket or yoga mats to keep your hips comfortable. Preparations with cervical spine is a good start to stimulate the rest of the back. I have 2 awesome helpers , Presley and Spice.
