This class in our GYROKINESIS® movement and breathing journey we will give our attention to how the exhale supports us. Breathing out is letting go, we release and expel in the exhale. We can let go of tension, release toxins and make room for something fresh to come in on the inhale. Exhaling also serves to propel movement, like wind in the sail of a sailboat. Exhaling a little longer than our inhale can also calm us down, reduce our heart rate and help us relax. Let's explore the quality of our exhales and how it affects our experience of Gyrokinesis practice. Of course we will continue to be attentive to inhaling with space, openness and expansion, and add to it by giving attention to how we are exhaling and what results from that. I'm looking forward to moving and breathing with you all!
