Look Good and Feel Great this Summer with GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®

Summer is finally here and it is time to show off that swimsuit body, or get it back!  The GYROTONIC® method will help you achieve and maintain a great in-shape healthy body.

Inspiration for the GYROTONIC® method stems from a combination of dance, gymnastics, yoga, and tai chi.  All of which require and increase strength, flexibility, and stability.

An important component to GYROTONIC® methodology is GYROKINESIS® exercise, also known as “Yoga for dancers” which is yoga in motion.  It has the same basic principles of GYROTONIC® method like yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and tai chi to increase your strength and flexibility but instead of using machines it is like a fluid dance that will help you stay or get in shape.  The exercise have you hold a pose, like yoga, but they are not held that long. It  requires you to create a fluid connection of the poses, similar to dance, that is invigorating, will tone your body, and act as a great cardio workout.
