This is a self massage class for your neck, base of the scull, and shoulders. We are using the edge of the yoga block to apply pressure to allow the facial tension to dissolve. Perfect if you have headaches, shoulder and neck tension, or you need a moment to slow down and give yourself some love. All levels.

A class dedicated to awakening your feet. From bottom to top we build our architecture. So the feet play a very important role in the rest of the body. We use a wooden stick or broomstick to massage and challenge the adaptability of the soles of the feet, as well as to stabilize ourselves during the creative sequences inspired by the ballet barre warm-up. This is a class in which we progressively work our way up from sitting on the floor to an upright standing position without using our hands on the floor. In this class we will use long yoga belt, scarf or resistance band to find skeletal uprightness and connect arms and shoulders to the spine. This class is educational and therapeutical , yet still challenging. All levels. Prop, long yoga belt , scarf or resistance band.
