In this short class, we are using Thera-band and slides to find a new dimensions in Spinal motions, ankle and knee joints. The main concepts of Gyrotonic Method , scooping and creating a space in the joints will be easy to follow. At the end of this class expect some muscle burning in your arms. Great class for All levels. Props: comfortable chair, Thera- band and 2 slides ( or 2 dish towels).
