This class is inspired by Gyrotonic specialized equipment Jumping stretching board that creating sliding environment. It allows your body to achieve a greater range of motion. You can use a floor and slides to replicate similar range but it is even harder. Enjoy the challenge. All levels.

Heart in my hands

HEART IN MY HANDS This is a somatic class that can be done seated on a chair. The aim is to reconnect with the hands and remember how they are naturally linked to the heart center. We will move form the extremities into the heart and vice versa. The second half of this class about inner volume shift. First half of this class for all levels, the second is more advance.
